This dues notice is for all eligible Handy Lake WATERFRONT PROPERTY OWNERS . Dues are due by May 1st. Dues cover weed treatment and other necessary costs to maintain the usability of our lake. 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a separate fee from the neighborhood association dues for use of the beach and boat launch. 

Should you be a regular user of our lake, not a waterfront property owner, and wish to donate to the weed treatment and other causes, please feel free to submit the form and payment. We are very appreciative of all donations toward making our lake a beautiful place to enjoy.
